The fresh Saigon cinnamon harvest has arrived from Vietnam.  It comes again from the Yen Bai Province of Northern Vietnam. The sticks are a lovely tan colour, still slightly moist but firm enough to grate easily.  The spicy taste really is very strong!  The aroma is delicious: bold and sweet, full of association with home, family and childhood.

This Saigon cinnamon is perfect for Autumnal fruits and squashes but we recommend that half portions of this Saigon cinnamon be used initially in recipes.
