We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and you acknowledge that you will be bound by these terms and conditions by your continued use of our website.


As we offer specialist products which are handmade in small quantities, there may be occasions when we cannot guarantee that the product listed will be in stock. If you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you by email and inform you when we expect delivery to be. We are happy to refund the purchase of any product which is out of stock.

Payment options

We currently accept payment via Paypal and SagePay (Visa, MasterCard etc). We accept payment in sterling, Euros and US dollars. We do not accept payment by cheque or by cash.


Items are dispatched on the day of your order if possible. Items are sent by standard mail to the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia & NZ. Express delivery services are available to the UK, US and Canada.

Lost/damaged items and returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but we understand that items occasionally get lost or damaged in the post. If your order has not arrived within 15 days for the UK/Europe or 30 days elsewhere, please contact us. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.
